About HeadForge™
FORUM D&P is a multinational architectural and urban design firm with seventeen years of project history, operating registered entities in Korea, France, and the United States. HeadForge is a product line built on that operational foundation — a working portrait photographer curates the lighting, composition, outfit, and posture references that make up our training set; an AI inference pipeline then renders studio-grade executive portraits aligned with that curation. We call this the TD107 Living Photographer model.
What HeadForge does
Upload 10–15 selfies. We train a personalized AI model on your face, then render 20–120 studio-quality portraits across multiple outfits and backdrops. The whole cycle — payment to email delivery — takes about 30 minutes. No studio booking. No two-week wait. No subscription. One-time payment, you keep the results.
Who runs HeadForge
HeadForge is operated by FORUM D&P, a three-country design firm with active entities in the United States, France, and Korea. Billing is handled by FORUM D&P Inc; production is shared across our Piedmont, Paris and Seoul studios.
- US — FORUM D&P Inc (Delaware) — billing entity, customer support, North-America production.
- FR — FORUM D&P SARL (Paris, founded 2008) — design direction, EU/FR market.
- KR — (주)포럼디앤피 (Seoul) — research, photography talent, APAC market.
Where the work happens
Delaware · Paris · SeoulThe architecture studio side runs at forumdnp.com. HeadForge is one of our research-line SaaS products — built and operated by the same team that designs buildings, master plans, and urban interventions across three continents.
AI alone vs AI + Living Photographer
Most AI headshot tools stop at the model output. HeadForge adds a real photographer team (TD107) and a senior HR-readiness pass — the difference between a passable picture and one you'd actually use on LinkedIn.
| Attribute | AI alone | AI + Living Photographer (HeadForge) |
|---|---|---|
| Outfit & backdrop curation | Random or templated prompts | ✓ Curated by working portrait photographers (TD107) |
| Lighting & composition review | None — model output ships as-is | ✓ Screened for skin tone, key light, framing |
| Country-aware aesthetic | Generic Western default | ✓ US Executive · FR Editorial · KR Business · JP Corporate |
| Executive / HR-readiness | Hit-or-miss — manual culling required | ✓ Senior reviewer final pass before delivery |
| Behind the scenes | Pure prompt + model | Real studio shoots, prompt-tuning notes, rolling content |
| Delivery time | ~5–10 minutes | ~30 minutes end-to-end |
| Refund policy | Often credit-only | ✓ 14-day full money-back if fewer than 5 keepers |
| Operated by | Single-engineer shop / AI startup | ✓ Multinational design firm (US · FR · KR), founded 2008 |

The Film & Photography team behind it
HeadForge is not pure AI. We pair the model with TD107 — FORUM D&P's in-house Film & Photography team — working portrait photographers, videographers, and colour-graders who shoot for real architecture and brand clients every week. They curate the outfit and backdrop libraries, tune lighting prompts, and review the rendered pack before delivery.
That is why every pack ships with a country-aware aesthetic — a Korean business portrait should not look like a French editorial, and our presets respect that. AI generates the volume; the photographer team owns the look.
See the team's ongoing work at forumdnp.com (Film & Photography studio page in progress).
Calls the shot list. Owns the FR Editorial preset and signs off every Studio-tier delivery before it ships.
Calibrates the 4 country presets against real-world reference shots. The reason KR Business and FR Editorial don't read as the same grade with a tint.
Tunes the per-category prompt suffix on every engine update. Tracks which negative prompts actually kill plastic skin.
Coming with the JP Corporate preset. Familiar with shashinkan standards for executive saiyou photography.
Why we built it
Modern image models, paired with thoughtful outfit and backdrop curation by working portrait photographers and architectural eye for light and composition, make studio-grade headshots accessible to anyone with a phone camera and 30 minutes. We were tired of paying €300+ and waiting two weeks for proofs that mostly didn't look like us.
Three things we obsess over
- ⚡ Speed — forge in ~30 minutes end-to-end, not 2 weeks.
- 🤝 Honesty— flat one-time fee, no subscription, money-back if you don't love at least 5 keepers.
- 🔒 Privacy — your trained model is private to you, source selfies auto-delete after 14 days. No third-party data sharing.
How it works
- Upload 10–15 selfies (mix angles, lighting, expressions).
- Source images are stored in encrypted enterprise storage with SOC 2-aligned controls (encryption in transit and at rest).
- Pay one-time through an industry-standard secure payment provider ($29 / $49 / $99 — pick your tier). Apple Pay supported.
- Your personalized AI portrait engine is precision-trained on enterprise-grade infrastructure for ~20 minutes — your model is private to you and never shared.
- 20–120 portraits are generated across outfit and backdrop combinations (~10 minutes).
- Every batch is reviewed by photographers from our TD107 Film & Photography team before delivery.
- Zipped pack emailed from delivery@headforge.ai. 7-day download link. Source selfies auto-purged at day 14.
Refund policy
If your generated pack doesn't include at least 5 portraits you'd actually use, email contact@forumdnp.com within 14 days with your job ID and a one-line reason. We refund full amount, no questions. We'd rather lose the €29 than your trust.
