How long does the forge take?+
About 30 minutes end-to-end. Training takes ~20 minutes on H100 GPUs, then we fan out inference across all your outfit/backdrop combinations (~10 minutes). If your forge takes more than 90 minutes, we refund automatically.
What do I need to upload?+
10–15 selfies. Mix angles (front, 3/4, slight side), expressions (smile, neutral), and lighting (window, soft indoor). Avoid sunglasses, hats, heavy filters, and group shots.
Are my photos safe?+
Yes. Uploads are stored in encrypted object storage. Your private LoRA model is never shared. Source selfies are auto-deleted after 14 days. We never train base models on your photos.
Can I use the headshots commercially?+
Yes — every tier includes a full commercial license. Use them for LinkedIn, websites, conference badges, press kits, anything.
Refund policy?+
If you can't find at least 5 keepers, request a refund within 7 days and we refund 100% — no questions, no friction. Also automatic refund if your forge fails or exceeds 90 minutes.
Which file formats do you deliver?+
JPG by default. Studio tier adds PNG with transparent background as an option. Studio is delivered at 4K resolution.

What model do you use?+
We fine-tune flux-dev with LoRA on Replicate's H100 infrastructure (Ostris trainer, 1000 steps). Inference runs on flux-dev-lora with curated outfit/backdrop prompts tuned by working portrait photographers.
