About 30 minutes end-to-end. Your personalized AI portrait engine is precision-trained on enterprise-grade infrastructure for ~20 minutes, then HeadForge generates your portraits across all outfit and backdrop combinations (~10 minutes). If your forge exceeds 90 minutes, we refund automatically.

10–15 selfies. Mix angles (front, 3/4, slight side), expressions (smile, neutral), and lighting (window, soft indoor). Avoid sunglasses, hats, heavy filters, and group shots. iPhone HEIC, JPG, PNG, and WebP all accepted. Each file up to ~20MB.

Yes. Uploads are stored in encrypted enterprise storage with SOC 2-aligned security controls. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your personalized AI model is private to you and is never shared. Source selfies auto-delete after 14 days; generated outputs are removed after the download window (7 days Starter/Pro, 14 days Studio). We never train base models on your photos or share data with third parties. GDPR compliant — including right to erasure on request.

All payments are processed through an industry-standard secure payment provider — PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Pay by major credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay where supported. We never see or store your card details. Receipt emailed automatically. Full refund within 14 days under EU consumer law.

Yes — every tier includes a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license. LinkedIn, websites, conference badges, press kits, book covers — all allowed. You retain rights to your source selfies.

If your pack doesn't contain at least 5 keepers, email contact@forumdnp.com within 14 days with your job ID — full refund, no questions, typically processed within 5 business days. Failed forges and forges exceeding 90 minutes are auto-refunded.

JPG by default at HD resolution (1024px). Pro tier adds 2K (2048px). Studio tier delivers 4K (4096px) plus PNG with transparent background as option. All delivered as a single ZIP via email.

Yes. Email contact@forumdnp.com with your order email — we delete everything (source selfies, your personalized AI model, generated outputs) within 72 hours and confirm by email. GDPR right to erasure (Art. 17).
