Privacy Policy

HeadForge processes your photos for the sole purpose of generating your AI headshots. We do not sell, share, or use your photos to train any model other than your own private LoRA.

Data we collect

• Email address (for delivery and refund correspondence).
• Uploaded source photos.
• Generated outputs.
• Payment metadata via Stripe (we never see your card number).

Retention

• Source photos: auto-deleted 14 days after forge completion.
• Generated outputs: deleted after the download window (7 days Starter/Pro, 14 days Studio).
• Private LoRA weights: deleted alongside outputs unless you opt in to retention.

Your rights

You can request immediate deletion or export of all data linked to your email at privacy@headforge.ai. GDPR / CCPA / UK GDPR compliant.
