Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HeadForge ("the Service") operated by FORUM D&P SARL ("FORUM D&P", "we"), a société à responsabilité limitée registered in France (SIREN 985014463, VAT FR93985014463, registered office 24 Bd Masséna, 75013 Paris). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older. You confirm that you are the person depicted in the uploaded photographs, or that you have obtained explicit written consent from each person depicted.

2. Service description

HeadForge generates AI-rendered professional portraits from 10–15 source selfies you upload. We train a personalized LoRA model on your face using Replicate's GPU infrastructure (Ostris flux-dev trainer), then produce 20–120 outputs depending on the tier you purchase. Outputs are delivered by email (Resend) with a time-limited download link.

3. Pricing & payment

Pricing is one-time per order: Starter $29 (20 shots, 3 outfits), Pro $49 (60 shots, 6 outfits), Studio $99 (120 shots, 12 outfits). Payment is processed by Stripe Inc. on our behalf; settlement is in EUR to FORUM D&P SARL. We never see or store your card details.

4. Use of generated images

You receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to use the headshots delivered to you. You retain rights to the source selfies you uploaded.

You may not use HeadForge to (a) impersonate any third party, (b) generate sexual, violent, or otherwise harmful content, (c) violate any law, or (d) train a competing model. Misuse may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Refunds (money-back guarantee)

If your generated pack does not contain at least 5 portraits you would actually use, email contact@forumdnp.com within 14 days of delivery, citing your job ID. We issue a full refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days. Failed forges and forges exceeding 90 minutes are auto-refunded.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORUM D&P's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the email associated with your latest order at least 14 days before taking effect.
