Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use HeadForge. You confirm you are the person in the uploaded photos, or have explicit written consent from that person.
Use of generated images
You receive a perpetual, worldwide commercial license for the headshots delivered to your inbox. You may not use HeadForge to impersonate other people or generate sexual / harmful content.
Refunds
Refund requests within 7 days for fewer-than-5-keepers are honored automatically. Failed forges and forges over 90 minutes are auto-refunded.
Liability
HeadForge is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is the price you paid for your order.
